We provide comprehensive (A-Z) training on GDS Software (Travelport, Sabre, Amadeus) including: Ticket Booking, Fare Shopping (FS) for low fares, Availability (A) checks for different classes, PNR creation and cancellation, Agency Information, Time Limits, Passport/DOCS creation, Passenger contact info (Mobile/Email), VISA Information (DOCO), Special Service Requirements, Mileage cards, Sales Reports, Queue passing, Segment cancellation, Class changes, Fare Loading, Voids, Wheelchair assistance, Umrah Fare checks, Seat selection, Commission claims, and Ticket Issuance.
